Sales

Simon Bray

Simon Bray

Director of Sales
I have been involved in property since 2004, working at The Sunday Times Property before joining the Hudsons team back in 2007. Service is at the heart of everything I do and building long-term relationships with clients has been key to my successes. I like to make property personal by understanding my clients’ needs and requirements, providing them with honest and accurate advice which has created many referrals, recommendations and repeat business. Buying and selling property can be a stressful process but I like to make it as straightforward as possible. The West End is such a vibrant place to work, with many special people and places that you get to know over time. My go-to lunch spot is Café Metro Express on Windmill Street – the enigmatic Karim serves up a mean Moroccan chicken salad and this rooftop shot with the iconic Sennet Building as a backdrop is just one of the many architectural masterpieces in this great city.
Spencer

Spencer Botchin

Director of Residential
I have worked as an Estate Agent in London for over 35 years and property is my passion. I have achieved success in Marylebone, St Johns Wood, Regents Park, Primrose Hill, Fitzrovia, Bloomsbury, Covent Garden and Soho, which makes me a true Central London property expert with a wealth of experience and knowledge that is rarely rivalled. There is no better feeling than hearing that a sale has exchanged contracts and my clients are delighted with the outcome, or that I have been recommended to another potential client. Providing a great service is at the centre of everything I do. When I am not at work, my family comes first but I also have a real passion for food and drink. I would like to think that I have a great sense of humour although my family and work colleagues may think otherwise!

Will Haugh

Property Advisor
My profound passion for property was found while working in the property industry in Germany whilst also juggling my Law Degree. That's when I realised the joy of matching tenants, buyers, and businesses with their ideal spaces. This journey eventually led me to the fantastic Hudsons team, nestled in this beautiful West End locale. Working here feels like a privilege, especially with such an incredible team. One of my go-to spots around here is Soho Square; it's perfect for unwinding on sunny days amidst the city's hustle and bustle. When I'm not knee-deep in property, you'll often catch me indulging in sports - be it cheering on my favourite football team, hitting the tennis court, or sweating it out in a boxing session. But above all, I cherish spending quality time with loved ones, no matter what we're up to!

Ana Tsitashvili

Sales Support
As a sales administrator with a background in sales, I love the dynamic field of the property industry with the constantly evolving trends and challenges, on top of that I enjoy supporting the sales team to hit their targets. I find myself drawn to the vibrant atmosphere of London's West End, the many choices of restaurants and cafes nearby add an extra layer of excitement to my work environment. My favourite spot is Bedford Square as I love the Georgian architecture with the surrounding greenery. Beyond work, I enjoy staying active, whether it's hitting the gym, playing tennis or going on walks. But my first choice would be trying new restaurants and spending time with family.

Lettings

Paul Thomson

Lettings Manager
I have lived and worked in the West End since 2000. I love the village feel that Marylebone offers as well as the proximity to all the local neighbourhoods. After 18 years at my last company when the chance to join Hudsons arose, heading up the lettings team, it was the perfect opportunity for me as our beliefs and morals are very much in tune. I love working in a boutique independent agency, because you are like a family with the full focus on the customer. I love to provide excellent customer service to both my landlords and tenants by offering trusted and knowledgeable guidance. Working in property also gives me the chance to meet a wide variety of people from all corners of the world and of course, I get to see some amazing properties too. My favourite place for an after-work drink is Home Marylebone, in my time living there I've known it as The Rising Sun, Dusk and Coco Momo yet it has always been my favoured location to relax, unwind and meet friends. Outside of work I like to play golf and I try and play whenever I can.

Elina Ospiova

Assistant Manager
Since 2018, I have been immersed in London's property industry, initially focusing on West London's vibrant neighbourhood like Chiswick, Hammersmith and Fulham. In 2021, I shifted my expertise to prime central London, specialising in areas such as Mayfair, Hyde Park and Marylebone. I’m passionate about my job, dedicated to helping people find their perfect home by listening to their needs and delivering exceptional customer service. One of my favourite spots in central London is Covent Garden market. It's a picturesque destination where you can enjoy a lovely day out, with plenty of dining options and stunning architecture to explore. Join me on this journey and let's turn your property dreams into reality.

Victoria Blunden

Lettings Advisor
Approaching my ninth year in the industry in my hometown of Brighton, I have learned all aspects of the property field. I was ready for a new challenge, direction, and city to gain new knowledge in this dynamic business and there is no better place to do this other than the West End. My favourite spot to visit is Neal’s Yard in Covent Garden, tucked away down a tiny street in Seven dials. This colourful courtyard is one of the prettiest streets in the area and the vibrant buildings remind me of streets in Brighton with the multi coloured houses, so gives me a piece of home. Outside of work my interests are photography, chasing the sun when I can and exploring London with friends finding new hidden gems.

Alanah Khan

Assistant Property Manager
My enthusiasm for real estate began early on when I was abroad in the States with my aunt, a real estate agent. Her passion for the industry was contagious, and she often took me along to her property viewings, igniting my own interest in the field. From that point on, I knew I wanted to pursue a career in Property. What I love most about my job is the opportunity to solve problems and assist our clients with their needs. I frequently communicate with key stakeholders and work with a broad range of international clients. I consider myself fortunate to be based in this fantastic part of London. My favourite spot in Fitzrovia is Rathbone Square. It’s quiet and serene, perfect for enjoying a relaxing lunch break.

Sevda Bellikli

Tenancy Progressor and Assistant to the Director
I have been working within the London lettings industry since 2019. Property has always been of interest to me as my family have been in the industry since I was very young. I enjoy helping and providing great customer service to our clients throughout the lettings process. Working in the West End is great as it has a lot to offer from a huge variety of restaurants to array of fun activities that you can choose from. My favourite spot is Seven Dials Market in Covent Garden as I’m a huge foodie. It has a great variety of food and  a lovely atmosphere where you can socialise and eat yummy food! Outside of work I love spending time with my family and friends.

Jon Hudson

Founder
It was always property for me – I was fascinated and excited by it from an early age. I started back in 1988, so I have many years of knowledge under my belt of how to ‘do it right’ or, how we like to say "to exceed expectations at every door"! I founded Hudsons in 2002 and I still haven’t lost the passion and drive to keep innovating and listening to help improve our service to our customers. I had this shot taken at Newman Passage as, for me, it is the epitome of old London before exploding into the buzz of Charlotte Street. I will never forget the first time I took this walk and how I knew I had to open an office in this vibrant location! Outside of work, family comes first. Living locally helps us enjoy so much on our doorstep including great museums, restaurants and parks.

Head Office

Carl Byron

Head of Accounts
I have worked in the West End since 2005, looking after both our landlords and tenants client accounting, as well as the business finances. After 18 years at my last company in Marylebone, and haven taken a 6 month hiatus to pursue another sector, I was drawn back in to the property accounting at Hudsons, which I sorely missed due to the busy and varied nature of the role. I pride myself on efficiency, and an eye for details when it comes to dealing with numbers on a day-to-day basis. Although I am primarily office based, I do enjoy a long walk at lunchtimes to take in the local area and its many charms. One such place I tend to head for is Fitzroy Place, with its landscaped square, Chapel and a nice sun trap. Outside of work, my family come first, but I am also a keen gamer, North American sports enthusiast and golf caddy for my son.
Faye

Faye Greenslade

Marketing & Design Consultant
I worked at the Evening Standard Homes & Property for over 20 years. Since leaving there in 2020, I have been working as a consultant with Hudsons looking after their marketing, social media and community, which I love as my job is so varied. I am passionate about property and interesting interiors, the latest styling trends and the buzz of London life. Getting to know this amazing patch of Central London inside and out and covering it by foot to uncover the iconic and less well-known treats of the West End is a major perk of the job. I’ve chosen St Pancras as the backdrop for my portrait for its stop-and-stare commanding Victorian Gothic presence, grand proportions and luxurious champagne bars – what’s not to love? Outside of work, I have a keen passion for fitness, particularly crossfit challenges, sunshine, the beauty of nature and walking for miles daily with my cockapoo Harley!
