Meet the Team
Sales

Simon Bray
Director of Sales
I have been involved in property since 2004, working at The Sunday Times Property before joining the Hudsons team back in 2007. Service is at the heart of everything I do and building long-term relationships with clients has been key to my successes. I like to make property personal by understanding my clients’ needs and requirements, providing them with honest and accurate advice which has created many referrals, recommendations and repeat business.
Buying and selling property can be a stressful process but I like to make it as straightforward as possible. The West End is such a vibrant place to work, with many special people and places that you get to know over time.
My go-to lunch spot is Café Metro Express on Windmill Street – the enigmatic Karim serves up a mean Moroccan chicken salad and this rooftop shot with the iconic Sennet Building as a backdrop is just one of the many architectural masterpieces in this great city.

Spencer Botchin
Director of Residential
I have worked as an Estate Agent in London for over 35 years and property is my passion. I have achieved success in Marylebone, St Johns Wood, Regents Park, Primrose Hill, Fitzrovia, Bloomsbury, Covent Garden and Soho, which makes me a true Central London property expert with a wealth of experience and knowledge that is rarely rivalled.
There is no better feeling than hearing that a sale has exchanged contracts and my clients are delighted with the outcome, or that I have been recommended to another potential client. Providing a great service is at the centre of everything I do.
When I am not at work, my family comes first but I also have a real passion for food and drink. I would like to think that I have a great sense of humour although my family and work colleagues may think otherwise!

Sales Support
I’ve worked in property since 2021 and love the fast-paced, dynamic nature of the sales sector. Helping customers through such a meaningful milestone, whether buying, selling or finding a new home, is incredibly rewarding. Since moving to London from Ireland, I’ve fallen for the energy of the West End, especially the boutiques of Marylebone and the charm of Fitzrovia. My photo was taken outside Goode Flowers, a lovely florist by our Fitzrovia office that captures the neighbourhood’s vibrancy, I can rarely pass without picking up a bunch. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring London’s food and drink scene, with Clarette in Marylebone being a favourite spot to unwind with friends.

Suki
Head of Glamour and Sniffing Out Deals
Hi, I’m Suki - office style icon, client greeter, and your go-to girl for sniffing out the best deals (and treats). Officially, I’m the Head of Glamour here, but I like to think of myself as Chief Vibe Officer too. I keep spirits high, tails wagging, and first impressions flawless.
Everywhere I go, people can’t help but smile and reach out for a cuddle - what can I say, I’m very, very cute. It’s kind of my superpower.
When I’m not charming clients in the office or striking a pose for our social media, you’ll find me strutting my stuff around Charlotte Street, turning heads and collecting compliments like it's my full-time job.
I bring a warm, friendly energy wherever I go, whether I’m welcoming guests with a wag or sneakily sniffing out who’s got the best snacks.
And remember - every great deal starts with a smile and ends with a belly rub.

                    Lettings

Paul Thomson
Lettings Manager
I have lived and worked in the West End since 2000 and love the village feel that Marylebone offers, as well as its proximity to surrounding neighbourhoods. After 18 years at my previous company, the opportunity to join Hudsons and lead the lettings team felt like the perfect fit, as our values and approach are so closely aligned.
Working in a boutique independent agency feels like being part of a family, with complete focus on the customer. I take pride in delivering excellent service to both landlords and tenants, offering trusted and knowledgeable guidance throughout the process. One of the things I enjoy most about property is meeting people from all over the world while also getting to see some truly amazing homes.
My favourite local spot for an after-work drink is Home Marylebone, a place I’ve known under many names over the years, and I also love the peaceful Winter Garden at the Landmark Hotel. Outside of work, I enjoy playing golf whenever I can.

Kai Darragi
Assistant Lettings Manager
I've been in the lettings property scene in London for over 15 years and I genuinely love every minute of it. There's nothing quite like the energy of central London and helping people from all over the world find a place that suits their needs and feels like home. I thrive on the variety and excitement of the market and I enjoy guiding my clients through the process with a friendly, down-to-earth approach.
One of my favourite spots in the city is Primrose Hill - I love its lively pubs, beautiful green space, cozy cafes and those incredible views of London that never get old. For me, it's the perfect example of what makes London so special. I believe finding the right property is about more than just the building; it’s about the lifestyle, the community and feeling truly at home. I’m here to make that journey fun, straightforward and tailored just for you.

Phoebe Baynham
Lettings Advisor
I’ve lived in London for over five years and my love for the city just keeps growing. Working in lettings, especially here in the West End, lets me connect people with everything London has to offer, from tucked-away mews to vibrant flats in the heart of the action. A big part of my role is guiding people through the rental market, especially those renting in the city for the first time. It can feel overwhelming, but I aim to make the process clear, supportive and even exciting. From understanding their needs to walking them through each step, I focus on making the experience positive.
Every day is different, I meet new people, explore fantastic properties and play a small part in their next chapter. Being part of the friendly, knowledgeable Hudsons team makes it even more rewarding.
Outside of work, I love London’s surprises, like catching a free open-air film in Central Saint Giles with friends.

Sarese Teji
Property Manager
I’ve been working in property since 2023, and honestly, my love for it just keeps growing. It’s always been something I’ve been really interested in, and I genuinely enjoy the fact that no two days are ever the same. I love a challenge, and there’s nothing more satisfying than helping to resolve a maintenance issue knowing you’ve made a real difference to someone’s day.
I’ve been working in and around London for the past eight years, and I absolutely love the energy of the West End – there’s just something about it. Being part of the team at Hudsons is the cherry on top. It’s such a dynamic place to work, and I get to meet so many interesting people. Plus, we’re surrounded by great food spots – I won’t lie, I do love a cheeky Wok to Walk (it’s dangerously close to the office!).
Outside of work, I’m all about spending time with my friends and family. I love going out to eat, trying new restaurants, or cooking up something different at home. Anything food-related, I’m there!

Holly Enright
Tenancy Manager
Originally from New Zealand, I recently transitioned from the electricity industry into the world of property – and I’ve quickly found my groove in lettings administration. I enjoy the fast pace, the structure and the satisfaction of keeping everything ticking along behind the scenes. I love helping people find their new home (and making sure all the paperwork’s spot on). Outside of work, I’m always on the lookout for hidden gems around the city and so far, my favourite has been Café Pacifico - a fantastic spot for authentic Mexican food. I also love grabbing coffee at Honey & Co. and enjoying a sunny afternoon in Alfred Place Gardens - little moments like these are what make city life so enjoyable.

Bianca
Head Lap Warmer and Property Spotter
I’m the first to admit I enjoy life’s little luxuries - a soft velvet chair, a sunny spot to snooze in and the occasional treat served with style. But really, what I love most is being close to people. You’ll often find me curled up on a lap, dishing out cuddles and tail wags to staff and visitors alike. I might let out the odd bark (a girl has standards, after all), but don’t be fooled, I’m as friendly as they come. Around the office, I’m known for having a keen nose for property, I can always sniff out the best spots, whether it’s the sunniest corner of a lounge or the cosiest nook in a home. Pop by the office and you may catch me striking a pose on the comfiest chair in the room - because at Hudsons, even the dogs know how to appreciate the finer things in life.

Jon Hudson
Founder
It was always property for me – I was fascinated and excited by it from an early age. I started back in 1988, so I have many years of knowledge under my belt of how to ‘do it right’ or, how we like to say "to exceed expectations at every door"! I founded Hudsons in 2002 and I still haven’t lost the passion and drive to keep innovating and listening to help improve our service to our customers.
I had this shot taken outside of Hudsons HQ, located in the heart of Charlotte Street. I will never forget the first time I walked along here and knew I had to open an office in this vibrant location!
Outside of work, family comes first. Living locally helps us enjoy so much on our doorstep including great museums, restaurants and parks. Oka Marylebone (or Soho) and Koha in Covent Garden are two are my favourite foodie delights!

Eric
Office Companion and Chief Paw-tection Officer
It’s always been the West End for me, with two Royal Parks to enjoy, although at my age the closer the better. I first came to Hudsons in 2012, back in my puppy days, and I’ve built up quite a nose for how to “exceed expectations at every lamppost.” From the start, walks have been my greatest joy whether through Crabtree Fields, Colville Place or simply around the local streets with my boss. I still pop into the office once or twice a week to keep an eye on things, though I’m mostly on protection duty at home. Let’s just say no letter slips through that door without my say-so even at my age! At Hudsons, I also enjoy catching up with younger four-legged teammates; I can still keep up but I’ll happily choose a cosy corner for a snooze until I’m needed. Outside of work, it’s simple: a belly rub, a tasty treat and another short walk always make my day.
                    Head Office

Luisa Cooper
Operations Manager
I bring over 15 years of experience in operations, executive support and events management to my role as Operations Manager. I’ve worked across investment banking, PR and communications, building a reputation for creating efficient systems, managing teams and aligning operations with company strategy.
Having spent the past two years in the West End, I love the area’s energy. On a sunny day, you’ll often find me grabbing a coffee from Kitchen Coffee on Newman Street, relaxing in a deckchair at Rathbone Square and later enjoying a glass of wine and some tapas at Lisboeta.
At Hudsons, I ensure daily operations run smoothly and support our team to deliver exceptional service. Outside work, I enjoy time with my family, especially my two young children who keep me on my toes!

Carl Byron
Head of Accounts
I have worked in the West End since 2005, looking after both our landlords and tenants client accounting, as well as the business finances. After 18 years at my last company in Marylebone, and haven taken a 6 month hiatus to pursue another sector, I was drawn back in to the property accounting at Hudsons, which I sorely missed due to the busy and varied nature of the role.
I pride myself on efficiency, and an eye for details when it comes to dealing with numbers on a day-to-day basis. Although I am primarily office based, I do enjoy a long walk at lunchtimes to take in the local area and its many charms. One such place I tend to head for is Fitzroy Place, with its landscaped square, Chapel and a nice sun trap.
Outside of work, my family come first, but I am also a keen gamer, North American sports enthusiast and golf caddy for my son.
