This surge of interest was, in part, due to the pent-up demand that developed while the property market was limited by government restrictions. Our 360º home tours show a property from every angle. When a client joins one of our agents on a video call, it can be just like a personal physical viewing. The agent can point out the property’s best features and answer any questions the client may have: this process not only saves time but also helps to minimise physical viewings. These are also available for our buyers and tenants to explore even when we are offline (calls are answered 8.00am-8pm Monday to Saturday and 10am-4pm on Sundays).
